Agency follow-up and website activity reporting
When the email service accepts a contact request, the website reports the submitted first name, last name, phone number, email address, situation, form location and submission reference to the agency’s private Agency Hub Work Log for follow-up and website activity reporting. This is separate from Google Analytics and the website analytics service; contact-form values are not sent to those analytics services.
The website temporarily keeps undelivered Hub reports in its server-side database so they can be retried when the Hub is unavailable. Queued contact details are cleared when successful Hub receipt is recorded. Clearing the website queue does not delete the agency’s Work Log, email or other business records.
Clicking the agency’s phone links reports the page, link placement and a reference for that click. It does not confirm that a call connected or disclose what was discussed. A temporary queue in your browser’s session storage can hold those click details until the website accepts them; it does not store contact-form values or create a persistent visitor profile. Browser storage controls may prevent this queue from working. Contact the agency with questions about its follow-up records.
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and general website traffic. Loading its tag sends requests and technical information to Google, which handles those requests under its own practices. Our tag configuration does not send contact-form fields to Google or enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, or user-provided-data collection. Contact-request activity
After the email service accepts a contact request on the published website, the site also reports submission activity to the agency’s website activity service. This report contains the website address and a submission reference, not your name, phone number, email address, or selected situation. It helps the agency track website activity. A retry may reuse the same reference.
About this policy
This policy describes the Almond Insurance website and ordinary contact with the agency. It is not a comprehensive insurance privacy notice and does not describe every practice involved in an insurance application, policy, claim, or ongoing client relationship. Insurers and other organizations may provide separate notices for their own activities.
This website offers general information and ways to contact our Rockford office. Browsing, following a link, or using a tool does not enroll you in insurance or bind coverage.
Contact-form spam protection
The contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. Loading the check sends requests to Cloudflare, which receives technical information associated with your browser and connection. A verification token is sent to our server and checked with Cloudflare before the contact request can be emailed. The verification request does not include your name, phone number, email address, or selected situation.

When you contact Almond Insurance
You can request contact using the website form, call the agency, or visit the office. The form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, and a general situation: turning 65, retiring or losing employer coverage, or looking for information. At least one contact method is required. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss next steps.
The form sends your details through our Replit-hosted server to Resend, which processes the email notification to the agency. If you provide an email address, it is also used as the notification’s reply-to address. For Resend’s own information-handling practices, see Resend’s Privacy Policy. That provider notice does not replace this policy or describe every activity of Almond Insurance.
The form uses a hidden spam-check field and a short-lived server-issued token. Each submission attempt has a reference used to help prevent duplicate email notifications and identify whether the email service accepted the request. This does not confirm inbox delivery. Form fields are not saved by this form in browser storage.
The site does not provide an account, document-upload facility, payment form, or online insurance application. A contact request or phone link is not an enrollment submission. If you call or visit, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your callback details and questions.
Ask the team how to share private documents or detailed coverage information appropriately. Do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare IDs, payment details, or identifying health information into public tools, link text, or ordinary email. Website delivery and technical information
The website is hosted using Replit and loads some resources from other providers. Loading a page sends network requests to the services delivering it. These requests can contain technical information such as an IP address, browser information, the requested resource, request time, and, depending on browser settings, a referring page.

Xadira tools and accessibility options
This site loads Xadira’s local resource directory, Medicare premium estimator, Part B and Part D penalty calculators, enrollment timeline, eligibility calculator, and accessibility control. Those features use code and data services supplied by Xadira, including services at hub.xadira.com.
The provider code includes usage reporting for widget loads and accessibility-control loads. Directory interactions can also report searches, category selections, and selected listing names. Location searches are sent to the provider to retrieve results. These requests identify the agency’s public widget configuration and can include event details and timestamps, as well as ordinary network-request information.
Information entered into a tool is handled by third-party code. Use only the non-identifying information the tool needs. Using these features involves requests to Xadira’s services. Consult the provider’s notice for its information-handling practices; do not treat a calculator as a private channel for sensitive documents or identifying information.
The accessibility control uses browser storage to remember preferences and whether it has been visited. Its code uses local storage when available, with session storage or an in-memory fallback. Browser controls can clear stored preferences, which may reset accessibility settings.

Google fonts, maps, and external links
The site loads its DM Sans and Spectral fonts through Google Fonts. The contact page embeds a Google map, which can load Google resources when that page opens. Directions and review links lead to Google services. Those services receive the requests needed to display their resources and may use their own storage or cookies under their own practices. Other links lead to Medicare.gov, government information, local organizations, and other independent websites. Following a link takes you to a separate service whose notices and practices should be reviewed there. Linking to an organization does not make its privacy policy Almond’s policy.
Website analytics and browser settings
When analytics is enabled for the published website, Replit’s website analytics can record page visits and the site’s custom interaction events. These events help us understand which pages and contact options visitors use. Our custom event code reports a page path and limited action categories: agency phone-link clicks, contact-button clicks and their location on the page, contact-form views and starts, requests accepted by the website, submission errors, resource-tool views, and selected directions, review, or official-information links.
Our custom events do not include your name, phone number, email address, selected situation, form contents, submission reference, verification tokens, search text, or page query strings. A phone-link click indicates an intention to call, not a connected call. An accepted-request event indicates a successful website response, not confirmation that the agency received the email in its inbox. Resource-tool views do not confirm a completed calculation or the accuracy of a result.
The analytics service can also receive the technical information associated with requests to deliver and measure the website. The separate Xadira usage reporting, browser preference storage, and requests to hosting and Google services described above can still occur.
Your browser may offer controls for cookies, site storage, and third-party requests. Blocking resources can prevent analytics events from being recorded and can affect fonts, maps, tools, spam protection, or saved accessibility preferences.
